At Our Love Solution, we provide emotional support and guidance sessions — not physical goods. As such, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved.

However, for the clarity of our users and in accordance with best practices and compliance (including payment gateways), please note the following:


📌 Digital Service Delivery

  • All sessions are conducted remotely — via phone or online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom).
  • Once a session is booked and payment is confirmed, we will reach out within 24 business hours to schedule your session.
  • You may also select your preferred time slot in the booking form to help us match your availability.

🕐 Delivery Timeline

  • Sessions are typically scheduled within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.
  • In case of emergency support, expedited slots may be provided (subject to availability).
