Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Our Love Solution, we are committed to providing quality guidance and emotional support. However, due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
1. Session Bookings:
All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. The session slot is considered confirmed once payment is made.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or session shift.
3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations:
If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session or fails to attend, the session fee is non-refundable.
4. Emergency Exceptions:
In cases of genuine emergency, we may — at our discretion — offer an alternate session slot.
